took 3rd ,,he's been around a while and has settled in 212 pretty good,always liked his build,good muscle,great legs,overall other than great arms ,at least he dosen't make them oiled up shapeless arms.

Well, the reason is because when your narrow your arms look massive and your chest suffers and when your wide you chest looks massive and your arms suffer.

Man, I have like the opposite problem. This pic is after my 2nd year bodybuilding, age 20. I have a decent taper, wide shoulders and small waist. Arms grow like weeds! But genetically I'm cursed with an Evan Centopanni syndrome...chest just grows slower than everything else, no matter how many different programs I throw at it.

u have good genetic flow/structure/insertions too,,chest has decent shape there ,,pics few yrs later u posted showed signifigant size increase overall..

Thanks bro. The x frame is even more pronounced now, much more thickness, but that damn chest is so slow to develop!

Back to topic: Dugdale is a cool guy IRL, he looked great here.
