Just got back from 2 weeks away with my son. We Went to Dubai, then UK and New York.

I did some MC work at BodyPower, which was a very well run expo in Birmingham. Got to check out Dorian's Gym, Temple and have a very cool dinner with the old crew.

Dorian, his son Lewis, Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone, Shawn Ray, Andrew Coulston of body coaches, Zack Khan, Kai Green and Shaun Rhoden. Great food and a few laughs.

My mate, photographer, Gary Phillips is putting together a DVD on the life and times of Flex Wheeler. We have been getting interviews from his Peers, coaches and associates for the last year. It will have some awesome content when he finishes later this year.

While we were at BodyPower, we got Ronnie, Kevin, Flex (again) and Dorian on tape recalling the 90s and what it was like to compete with Flex.

Some pretty cool interviews and revelations will be released.

No I left NYC on Thursday. I saw the pics of Big Rami and thought he looked incredible, especially for 1st pro show, unbelievable future for sure.

Believe it or not he is around 260lb. In most pictures he looks small but when I took a pic with him at the Toronto expo he was bigger then I thought.
