There's a pic of the ny pro where ramys doing a mm pose. You can see a foot behind him, whom ever that foot belongs to completely hides behind ramy. Shows you how massive this guy is.

how many times did ruhl beat branch and dex? he's a nice mass monster to put in the mix, but he won't touch the top 6 at the O.

The Olympia will be the same this year as it was last year, with Heath and Kai fighting for top spot. Everyone else is going for third.

Let's put it this way, Heath of 2006 (His Pro debut) would be Ramy of today (his Pro debut)...
And Heath was about 225.

Kai is better than Ramy. Phil is better than Ramy. If Ramy can figure out his conditioning between now and Sept. He'll be top 3. If he do something about his calves and come in polished, dry and as hard as Kai and Phil, he'll be Mr. O. Ramy looks like Phil if Phil took PEDs...lol
