 ;D just like the guy in the movie 500 lb jerk, some people just have natural strength . karl norberg was one of those. almost beat grimek in a lifting contest even though he never touched a barbell before.

Often thought that men like Paul Anderson would be well above the average in natural strength, even compared to some heavyweights who train regularly.  With the natural major joint/tendon/ligament  strength included, as a gift. Their body structure can  to be anywhere from small to extra large.

Noticed a lot of the smaller old time strongmen started out as hand balancers and gymnast, and moved on to lifting.

  someone like the big show is just strong without really lifting or anything . of course acromegaly played a part
