Guy's don't belive in his continuous bullshitting & contradictions  ;)

-1 day he owns ( ;D ;D ;D) 3 gyms & is financially loaded
-2nd day he cry poor
-3rd day he advises how much & which juice to use
-4th day ask for advice how to sell supplaments (but he "owns" 3 gyms  ::))
-5th day "expert" ask for advice how to use diabetics unites
-6th day talks trash about Viagra
-7th day advises to mail steroids by Postal services

ur doing it all wrong. Don't tuck ur thumbs and remember to push your knuckles together really hard like the guy below u, instead of limp wristing it. U should have his physique by the end of the week.

Halo you have a solid physique going. If you blasted about 1 gram of human grade test, 50 mg of D-bol and 600 mg of deca or eq, and ensure you eat enough, and of course train your ass off, you'd be very happy with the results.  I'd pyramid up to those dosages and stay on 16 weeks total before moving on to whatever your next phase would be. Do that and you'll be put a solid 20-25lbs on with very little fat gain if you eat right.

i thought about aborting the "8 weeks off" i'm doing and just get on permanently

There's no need to go 8 weeks off. A month just to clean yourself out...ok. If you're competing no.
I don't know how you think it accumulates but it's about keeping your test levels stable vs jumping all over the place.
