How far are you willing to get down and how much weight are you willing to lose? I ask this because you may have gotten used to being the "big guy" and you might freak out as you see the scale drop and drop and drop. I think you should tough it out for a few months to a year at least. Is your main intention to get in the best shape you possibly can or is it to just lose a bit and still be "the big guy" or somewhere in between?

I'm going to get down as low as possible....even lower than 190 if needed. I'll stick to it for at least a year....no need to piss around with my health being too heavy. I'll let the mirror do the talking

Very good. You will have to go well below 190 by the way so don`t freak out about that once that happens. Just keep chipping away at it. You will get there sooner than you think if you just keep at it. Are you doing any kind of Squats or Leg Training, Bench Press etc..?

Why would I care??? He's not a bodybuilder or fitness nut. He has no part of this bizarre industry which is actually a good thing. Last time I was with a fitness nut, she would make me buy all sorts of organic bean sprout shit and eat at these hippie joints.

My Body Gym Elite doubles as a Hack Squat Machine. I get more than enough exercise for the chest.
