Most people remember my pictures I posted from the Arnold Classic and were yelling at me about how fat I looked in the pictures. I've been training hard and was utilizing a general dieting method but I did not feel the weight was coming off as fast as it should be....so I decided to use the Adonis Method since I didn't have .
I ate what I wanted but kept my calories between 1800 and 2400 as my metabolism had slowed down and simply ate what I wanted and keep a log of calories But I harpooned about 30 pounds of whale blubber from my body. Still a looooong way to go as I'm still pretty huskey but I'm feeling great and its a nice change from eating dry chicken breast, sweet potatoes, tilapa, and putting Mrs Dash on all of my fucking meals.

Now here's what I look like today along with my meal I had for Brunch which was a double stuffed French Toast with locally grown strawberries, bananas, and maple syrup....I still have 1500 calories to go for today. I've included an under shot of my cheeks so that everyone would know that I wasn't using any trick photography or photoshop bullshit.
No, I'm not ripped as I still got a long way to go but just had to give credit where its due.
