Just keep sticking to it.  Its going to take months as you have a lot of weight to lose, but you will get there.

My training has improved.  I'm mainly using free weights, kettlebells, weight vests, and resistance bands.  I originally had to scale back when I got started but I'm pushing up the needle bit by bit.  Endurance and cardio needs to improve but its due to still carrying a bunch of fat.

Just keep it going and you will get there guaranteed. No reason to fail whatsoever.

I have my own workout space/ PT office in the house.  Most of the equipment is small because I run around and train people so I keep it pretty simple because I can't go and lug around heavy equipment. 

Even though my space is meant for operating my business, I can easily get the job done although I prefer to train outside

I'm never using steroids again....quit that mess in 2001 and don't intend to go back to it.  Watching some of my friends drop dead and have all sorts of serious health issues was enough to convince me....Besides, I don't need that stuff to train.
