This pic appears to be taken around the time of filming  Rambo:First Blood part 2...which would make it around 1985. I'd say he weighs about 170.. tops there.

I'm a big sly fan, I grew up watching and have seen all his movies yada yada, but by no means could sly have ever been even a descent bodybuilder. no legs, no lats, no triceps.
