This is for my brother. He has been running 500 mgs of test split into 2 shots per week for the last 2 months. He always injects in his chest and switches sides each time. Now he has a lot of hardness in his upper chest, far from the nipple. I guess the hardness is swelling. Does this sound like an infection? Please help.

Ahh far from nipple. Is it red and hot too the touch, a fever? Could be scar tissue. Could be a reaction.

Yes, in any muscle tissue. Avoid nerve plexies, shoot deep only in delts & gluteus.

Whats the difference if he is a novice? Are you saying that a seasoned user can inject his pecs but a novice cannot. Thats kind of stupid. The chest is the easiest place to stick imo.

It's not an infection, infections will run hot and colored. If it's just swollen it's an abscess or hard tissue forming which is not good. Who injects in the chest?

It probably is not an infection. Is it red and hot? then yes. Otherwise, wait. Injections can often lead to hard swollen areas if you hit a nerve or just sometimes weird injections. Ya never know. Wait 2 days if there is no heat or painful swelling.

Pinning chest is easy. I put 2.5CC's in each every week.
