You want to eat as much as possible coupled with being healthy.

If you don't eat well and exercise / move around you're gonna end up in a ditch or stalled, and then you're no longer moving through space and time very fast at all.

This thought came to me while driving for 5 hours, so I thought I'd share it, I thought it was really well thought out too.

My appetite is up lately. I'm not sure why. I sleep really good 8 or 9 hours solid, and I'm off all stimulants. Only thing aching just a little bit is the knee.  My dead lift strength and endurance is up. For some reason my legs are as strong as ever. But for some unknown reason I don't feel like workout smaller muscle groups much. I rather just train back or legs and be done with it. Maybe some shoulders.

Yeah I'm might be getting out of shape, but I feel much healthier and have great energy since eating at least a pound (dry weight) of beans per day. And about a pound of fruit. two pounds of various vegitables and about 100g of olive oil.

Forgot the eggs at breakfast which I think adds a lot of important nutrients for vegetarians.

i garantee you will have no aching knee joints when you maximize your eating

ITS WEIRD people would think i would be one to have knee problems but i dont i have to kneel on hard surfaces all the time for carpentry alot of get up stand up get down ect,

i just have a problem after work getting into the groove of a workout my strength goes way down and recovery time takes alot, id probably fair better at light cardio

it sounds like you are eating good and proably shitting true pyramid shits wich leave you refreshed from the pound of beans.

i felt good this morning after i ate some oat bars, a banana, and some potatoes then gulped down all this blackstrap molasses with a rootbeer it was kinda disgusting all the molasses i had but felt energized did front squats

maximizing eating on good foods keeps joint issues away

i did one day of dieting about a week ago all muscles were weak and knees felt like they wanted to act out

eating lubricates and nourishes the whole body
