You have no idea the flack I've received over the years for my name. It's Dot btw. Not Dotty. That's a nickname. It's so odd that I used to avoid using it. In all the comps I've done I've never used my real name. Same for classes I signed up for.

But now that I'm older I just don't give a shit. Yes, my real name is Dot. DOT. Not short for Dorothy either. I used to hate it but it has sort of grown on me the last five years.

Anybody that goes through life with the name Dot has to be tough.
