Baked kale chips with salt and sourcream are very tasty

taste alot like chicken wings cooked really well crispy and fatty and similar to a bacon taste, the flavor is even more intense when you havent had any carbs in 8 hours except beer

Here at Casa AJ we eat baked kale chips 4 times a week and love them. Olive oil and salt then bake. Haven't tried the sour cream, it sounds delicious.

I love Kale, never had it until Falcon sang its praises here.. Good stuff..
