mornin have
beans and rice with texas pete neegars, maybe not much carbs here bout a hand full of cooked rice and 3 handfulls of beans
with sour cream
during the day ill eat some peanuts , cheese and sour cream, i tend to eat alot of swiss /cheddar and pepper jack
when get home ill might start out with olde english 800 then later on eat some baked kale or baked spinach
probably eat a raw avacado too
now if i follow this will i get in pretty good shape ? ill try to do some pushups and squats after work
ill do a few hits of that apple cider vinegar and baking soda just to top off everything
