Pros:
1. 26yrs old, no kids
2. Recently Graduated with University degree
3. Banging body (she doesn't have that high butt a lot of Black women have, and she actually has decent calves for a black woman...however see con #3 )

5. She is African (not African-American/Canadian.......I actually can't decide if this is a pro or a con)

Yes she could be playing, or trying to play me, that is a possibility, and one that is on my mind. Believe me, I know women can be deceitful creatures. But she does seem like a genuine "good" woman. Ultimately I think the cultural difference is going to be too much though.
