the problem is that he's probably protected by the patriot act. he's probably able to read mitt's email before the election because there was no oversight and no standards for who could be monitored.
major flaw in design. Major logic fail in people who supported this bill.
Sadly, he's probably WITHIN the law. But hey, like hannity said, it's a good law lol.....
