Comment to anyone who calls you fat that you have “visible abs” and would only need to diet for a couple of weeks to be ripped.12:00 AM: Lunch. Double quarter pounders at McDonalds. Stare down the cashier when they ask you if you want to Supersize that. Size down all twinks standing next to you in line. 1:00 PM: Train. Stand next to all twinks and their girlfriends. I train legs on wednesday and thursday, quads on wednesday, and hamstrings on thursday, much more growth and you dont have to hit both muscles same day, actually when your nearly 40 years older this works much better.

yeah i always do pullups at end of back workout, and one set on the weekends during circuit training
