10:00 AM: Breakfast. You gotta throw down the calories if you want to be huge. Purchase several McGriddles at McDonalds with five or six hashbrowns. Size down any punk who stands next to you. Wink at the cashier who is staring at your “visible abs.”
11:00 AM: Type some sort gibberish on Getbig in ebonics. Make a comment on how you weigh 280lbs and can bench press 225lbs for 50 reps. Comment to anyone who calls you fat that you have “visible abs” and would only need to diet for a couple of weeks to be ripped.
12:00 AM: Lunch. Double quarter pounders at McDonalds. Stare down the cashier when they ask you if you want to Supersize that. Size down all twinks standing next to you in line.
1:00 PM: Train. Stand next to all twinks and their girlfriends. Shut down everyone in the gym with massive 80lb dumbbell kickbacks. Take blurry picture flipping the bird in the mirror.
2:00 PM: Post workout meal. Three plates at the Chinese buffet. Make sure to stand next to all twinks in line and size them down. Walk around buffet with intense stare.
3:00 PM: Post blurry photo on Getbig. This obviously proves how huge you are and that you’re in shape. Haters gonna hate.
4:00 PM: Admire reflection in mirror while listening to “Too Short” cassette tape. Become angry when tape deck eats tape. That was your last copy. Switch to “Vanilla Ice.”
5:00 PM: Pizza Buffet. Gotta get the calories in. You’re never gonna weigh less than 260 again. Go stare at self in bathroom mirror in between plates of pizza.
7:00 PM: Log into Getbig. Laugh at all the twinks who are jealous of your mass. Post some obscure training video that you think proves your point. Become angry when your cut up t-shirt falls apart.

yeah, but i cut back, I just smoke about half a gram in a sneak a toke, quit using blunts for health reasons, many dont know the secret of mixing coffee and weed before you train then throw in the maca

No it takes one set, 25 no stopping, do you think if i can lat pull 300 for 18 reps, i cant pull up 275 lbs of bodyweight 25 times, do the math
