I can do about 20 full pull-ups at start of a session but no way at the end. I can BO row 350-360lbs for 4-5 reps too.

It's all in the mind if you picture 25 in your mind before u hit it and just do it, u hit it, some people can do pull-ups some can't, I've done pull-ups ever since I was 12 years old

i was pretty good at chins at one time, i think 15 at the beginning of a lat workout was about my best, and that was in diet mode, when i was 280 i could manage about 8 to 10 on a good day... at the end of a workout, no fucking chance


even if your talking about curl grip chin ups opposed to propper bodybuilding style wide grip pullups im still calling bullshit.....

I was told Arnold always did 50 to 100 pull-ups to warm up before he trained back so I always did them before my back workout, no I do them at first or At the end
