It's normal for people to have fewer kids as they move up the economic ladder because children become a huge expense: private school, healthcare, etc. In the lower classes, children can actually be revenue producers by working or being pawns to grab more government freebies.

The problem is the welfare state and its tag team partner, the entitlement mentality which has created both intergenerational poverty as well as the incentive for freeloaders to come here and jump on the dole.

In summary, we're fvcked.

All great countries eventually self destruct. Most minorities coming to America used this country to work their asses off to make something of them self that wasn't possible in their country. Now I feel in this country people just want to chill and see what the government can do for them. Getting disability social security, food stamps, welfare, housing assistance, unemployment, free cell phones and health care. When the majority vote for politicians that promises them stuff from the government this country is over. There isn't enough workers paying taxes to take care of the slackers.
