ok dieting on low calories is manageable but
« on: June 15, 2013, 05:06:40 PM »
i have energy for manual labor during the day but my energy falls off in the evening unless i drink alcohol and usually have alot of  swiggs of applecider vinegar to balance things out

its enevitable to drink alchol

because when dieting if i suddenly choose to eat food because of low energy it doesnt really give me shit energy at all. i can eat 300 calories and want more and get no bang for the buck. so i could eat 800 calories and have energy for a couple sets of pushups then just want more food. again not enough bang for the buck

alcohol with vinegar is a different story though seems to work on less calories than all that food

I've recently started having a handful of Goji and blueberries in the afternoon, I find it's giving me extra energies.

see it feels like after a day of work food just "fills me up" doesnt give me any new energy

The other option is , i could just sleep when i dont have energy after work but man fuck that, thats depressing

alcohol atleast gives you some hope at energy

just to reiterate this is all on a DIET

now when eating unlimited foods i got "good" energy all day and all evening/night but that just leads to crazy fat gain even if i workout alot

man im telling you bro food does NOT work after a day of haulin ass.

you are riight those beers work im drinking tecate, im also drinking as much vinegar as possible

the sun has alot to do with giving us energy during the DAY

they say the body is most alkaline at 2pm im sure this varies depending upon your wake time but you get my drift

You want to lose weight, why consume more food?

It's nearing bed-time anyway, just sleep it off and wake up leaner.
