Pudding Pop. I think Ronnie was a late bloomer, and had hopped on what he was on while winning the Sandow earlier, I think that he would have started to win, and might not have had all the injuries. But who knows.

I let a friend of mine borrow the first Phil Heath DVD, and he and wife said it was boring. Even though he hurt himself doing leg curls.

But, yeah rhoden's vid seems like it is that "boring" vein, like Phil's. and what is funny, is that Phil in his first vid said that he looks at Ronnie's vids to get himself pumped up.

As well as being personable etc lifting decent weight is a part of the whole picture
This is why ronniw had the longest line at body fit shows , people queue for hours in the que shouting booooo and lightweight
Lifting heavyweight is a part of bodybuilding no matter how people try to say it isn't
That's why we have what we have now as mr o
And we had a monster in ronnie
choice is an illusion

Earned him 8 sandows .
And the title of greatest bodybuilder ever
Lots if guys went heavy and didn't get injured to ronnies extent
I could never watch a DVD like this girl weights
Yes I know it's not powerlifting but still..

Disagree, he could be 9 or 10 time Mr 'O, if he trained smart.
Once he fucked his back with sloppy T-bar rows, it was game over for him.
Remember, his training form was pretty decent up to 2000.

Nice delt there, huh?
Apparently, back in 92-93 Glass had to tell Flex to not train heavy. Of course, Flex used to train with Chris Cormier, who is known for heavy training, a you never heard Chris say that Flex couldn't keep up.

Aside from watching that video for charles alternative angles and techniques... Why would anyone buy that video... The guy looks like he's warming up... Baby weights... No intensity ...

This not how the pros train bro, I hear this all the time about lazy training yada yada yada

Let me put this to rest right now.

First of all they all take enormous amounts of gh which makes one lathargic, I can not even take 8 iu without falling asleep, so you do the math on 30 IU +

Second you can not train heavy and hard when using abusing slin because the purpose of slin is to to flood all the cells with nutrient while the muscle is gorged with blood, so training heavy and hard means NOTHING.

They are the exception and they did not use the slin way of training, even though they used enormous amounts of slin but today is a different protocol then their era.

I agree with you anyway, I would never train like them but I am just saying that guys like Wolf could probably kill it in the gym like Dorian but they do not see the need to as their protocol allows them to gain the most they can from this approach by using baby weight. Blame milos, he had guys with 22 inch arms curling the 35`s and a 25 on each side and it worked for them

In his defence Flex named him this name after turning pro and the mags went with it so he has no choice if he wants to keep his exposure

Seems like a good way to avoid injuries and muscle tears.

exactly and you can also kill 30 IU`s without worrying about having that sluggish (smoking weed feeling) also you don`t have to kill a bottle of stimulants every workout, not my style but it makes sense.

parker, NOT my point. My point is that flex blew up while lifting five pound weights. Synthol. Drugs. Genetics.

I say leave the heavy weights for the powerlifters...

But, do you think there is a different look to a muscle when you go this route?

Or will that be determined by genetics?

insulin does this, read above. Insulin does not work like steroids or gh, it tranports while the muscle is pumped so a 5 lb weight is all that is needed to flood the muscle with nutrients from the insulin.,

No there really is a different look because the insulin does not know what it transports into the muscle cell unlike other hormones that do know and only send amino acids into the cell. Insulin sends everything into the muscle including fatn so the muscle takes on a different look but grows even bigger

No that is synthol but other parts of his body that he did not inject with synthol ended up being smoother because of the insulin, such as glutes and hams

any time bro, just trying to show people how todays pros do it and how the so called ``gurus`` are actually important in this insulin era
