i'll be 45 july :P.. 8),,,somewhere 5'7/5'8 give or take and usually around close to 190lbs ,,,185/182 I feel great separation/ripped/close to my contest peak in 90's which was 170's..train 4x per week'zero'cardio...moderate volume/reps mix it up/some super/tri sets depends on mood.poundages heavy as I could in 8-10 zone.

Thick and lean, that is very respectable size at any age, good job brother.  8)

easy mistake 2 rather shortish height,italian,built,quiet type..i sometimes confuse myself with chiro flex when I post,,,
