This is what getbig is all about.

njflex has fun, talks a lot about training, motivates people and is very humble in the process.

He has a great physique to boot (no homo)

COOL,,,thanks will reply early instead of most people wait for threads to gather'steam'no need ..I just try to mix it up and add when I can.when I got into lifting only magazines existed and you trained and got with the local guy who competed and he's guide you into a show using his methods and 'eye'.new jersey was hot bed for great bbers 80/90's.the only reason I follow 'bbing'today is cause 'get big'.it is still the best gig in town.i have been training non stop for late 80's/90/2000's through marriage,kids,work,just because its still a thrill to go to gym,eat,diet a bit,now gaying it up a bit with pics makes this place fun....i'm kinda the American 'musclecenter'lol...thanxs again...

You are a true lifter, that's for dam sure. Anyone who loves to lift is a true getbigger  :D ... This is a must.
