It's a good bet that he'd haul ass to Cuba or Ecuador given the chance, he's probably still got at least a couple million of that bonus left so yes it makes perfect sense to deny bail.

Ok, who got out the car? Also, why would he put a casing under his seat?

There are blink spots where they can't say, he was absolutely in the car going down the industrial road.

From his lawyer's perspective, he got the rental, passed it off to this boys which happens, and they capped the dude, dropped a casing under the seat and brought it back to his house. the casing comes off as a setup.

Anyway, lawyers are paid to look for any angle. Just looks like too many points where he could have exited the car and left it with the other men.

An associate of Aaron Hernandez is now officially wanted in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd ... and police just blasted his face and name out to the world on a wanted poster.

Police believe 41-year-old Ernest Wallace was one of two other men in the car with Hernandez on the evening of June 14th ... when Lloyd was shot and killed. Wallace is wanted as an accessory after the fact in Lloyd's murder.

Police say he is armed and dangerous.

The other person in the car, Carlos Ortiz, was arrested Wednesday in Hernandez's hometown of Bristol, Connecticut.

According to the poster ... Wallace also goes by "BO" and "Fish." Police say he was last seen driving a silver/gray 2012 Chrysler 300 -- and is now most likely in Florida, Georgia, Connecticut or Massachusetts.

He doesn't want to be at the crime scene. It's better he gave the car to his boys, and they dropped the casing. He wants nothing to do with the trip down the industrial road. Hernandez was probably standing a few feet from the car when he shoot dude. The casing (not a bullet) was ejected from the semi-automatic pistol and dumbass Hernandez just didn't see that it flew into the car. Hernandez is quite clearly an idiot.

Lawyers would put so much doubt in the minds of the jury it wouldn't even be funny. State attorneys will bring in a ballistic guy, while his lawyers will bring a Physics guy. If the bullet was hot out the chamber of the gun, there should be micro-burns at the point it impacted the seat or the carpet. It wouldn't matter if he put his ass or foot on the spot because it would be at the micro level.

Anyway, there are too many dumb negros they are after. Stories will be all over the place, so he is probably fried anyway.

HARTFORD (CBS Connecticut) — Does the National Football League have a crime problem?

CBS News reports that 27 players have been arrested since the Super Bowl on Feb. 3. Just over the past two days alone two players are facing murder charges. New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder in the death of Odin Lloyd while Cleveland Browns rookie Ausar Walcott was charged with attempted murder Monday for allegedly punching a man in the head outside a club in New Jersey.

Both players were subsequently cut following their arrests.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has come down hard on players for their criminal transgressions since taking over for Paul Tagliabue and CBS Sports host James Brown says that won’t change.

“Roger Goodell has been very resolutely focused on cleaning up the league,” Brown told “CBS This Morning.” “He has come in under a law and order mandate, personal mandate, and that is going to be his legacy.”

Brown added that Goodell is “very serious in attacking” just one violation.

Brown also said that despite the 27 arrests, if put in context, it’s still only 1 percent of the population.

“Because it’s a high-profile, elite level of athletes, any aberrant behavior is going to be magnified,” Brown said.

Other notable players who have been arrested during the offseason are Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones for allegedly assaulting a woman at a nightclub, Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Jason Peters for allegedly drag racing and trying to elude the police and Baltimore Ravens linebacker Rolando McClain for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

As for his $3.25 million in signing bonus payment that was to be paid this March, that's a deferred payment that Hernandez already earned after signing his five-year, $40 million contract last year. The Patriots appear to have a serious uphill battle to avoid paying this, but they seem set on making Hernandez fight for this portion of his fully guaranteed signing bonus.

Aaron fucked up but that money is earned and goes to his daughter in a trust, because she won't be seeing that dumbass in this life. You can't penalize an infant for his actions. Patriots are full of shit and the POS NFL.
