There is a belief among some "intellectuals" that racism permeates the fabric of our society so deeply that people(white) are innately racist and not aware they are, even when they believe they are not. Racism is so ingrained that it exists on a subconscious level and manifest itself in a multitude of ways, some behavior being overtly racist while other forms are subtle and barely detectable.  If you have a problem with this theory and don't believe yourself to be racist, it's only because you're in denial of your own racism because its subconscious and you aren't aware of it.  It's a bullshit idea but its popular among black intellectuals and white self-hating liberal academics.

By the way....as far as being a waiter is concerned let me give you this little story.


When I was in middle school, I sometimes worked with my mom's boyfriend at a country club retrieving golf balls, along with running errands for the members such as towels, drinks, and food.....
Now, it may have been a stereotype thing I did ....but I was pocketing over 100 bucks in tips....beats selling crack rocks considering that was the only other occupation available to me growing up in the projects

Same with my security job over at an exclusive Social Club over in Greenville, SC.  I was handed plenty of tips for keeping their cars safely guarded from being stolen smiling and saying "yes sir" and how are you doing today sir and no problem sir...being that nice and friendly negro.


Fact is that these people are not going to respect you anyway regardless....so at least get some money and become your own boss like I am today.
