Seems like a good guy who's doing well for himself in the business department. Nice responsible family man as well. Plus one of the best white BB ever.

I know he's doing it on a budget but it's interesting that he goes for chicken thighs over chicken breast. I always assumed bodybuilders eat chicken breast even in the offseason too.

Good video.

his dad was a pro wrestler.

don't know him, but know a friend of his (female friend, older ifbba pro) and says he's a nice kid. super humble.

I still think he's one ugly dude. lol... not exactly a cover-model.

Good video.

Evan is full of shit.  Go look at his 3 part cooking video at home.  The fucker only buys fresh from the butcher and won't eat out of plastic containers.

Bagels, Krumpets, Diet Coke, white rice and pasta. I wish I could get away with eating this garbage every day. I'd look like a tub of shit in about a month eating these meals.

I did the chicken thighs- quarters actually, almost everyday, twice most days along with rice
and brocolli. Made the mistake of having buttered popcorn with my Coke Zero for evening snack. Breakfast was eggs or oatmeal mixed with chocolate whey. Ended up at 280 lbs off season. Too much fat. For my metabolism. Never again.
