The 'coach' is subtly trying to find ways to be negative about this.

if you own that warehouse building up north im guessing 150-200 grand for the big warehouse

plus equipment 125grand

im guessing your target is to get around 40 people signed up in one year (lets say 100 dollar gym member ship a year). thats not actually bad if you can sign up 40 people a year every year bare minimum you can have enough money to 'live' on

sign up 100 members a year every year thats damn good living

Better than welfare.  Besides, I've cleaned a lot of toilets in my day both in my businesses and rentals.  nbd

Ok u wont believe this.  Great question..funny u should ask..I hate P.F. n the shitty sissy attitude and the fact that they r really judging people.

I love to bass fish too.  Sold my triton to help pay for the gym.

So I came up with this....

My......

"Lunker Alarm"

There will be a megaphone coming out of its mouth n underneath the words
"Lunker Alarm may sound if we catch you not working your bass off!"

When I posted the first time, I was looking at your site on my phone. When I was a kid I went to Zuvers most of the time on the weekends. Now, I live about 8-10 miles from where it used to be located. If you would like, I can drive by the location and take a picture and send it to you. Kind of like a reversal of a before and after.

"Hours of Operation", "Philosophy", "Hall Of Fame": sounds like the kind of gym where farting is severely frowned upon.

Nice looking place.  Hope the ribbon cutting goes well.  Sounds like you've got members lined up already.

Place looks great, if I lived nearby i'd give it a try. For me a gym is all about the atmosphere - you can have the best equipments in the world, and hardcore mantra posted everywhere, but the vibe can be horrible.

I like the neon sign a lot.  Classic.  If I were to make one suggestion it would be to install some feature brick.  Would look awesome over the rack backing the neon.  Could be a fucker to keep clean though if you get roofspace dirt comg down or in chalky areas so maybe just up high or strategically placed.

I really like the look of feature brick paving too, with old, distressed brick.  I don't mean some faggoty uniform herringbone lay, I mean like an actual design that suits the shape of the room.  Could be really nice for the entry/desk area.  Again, you'd need to consider cleanability, I guess.

You could be a reall asshole too and supply tinted chalk and call it Brick Dust.  ;D  Just make sure it washes out.

Btw, I think that bricks, although strong in compression are fairly weak, um, tensile-wise.  That's why bricklayers can just bust them with a whack of the edge of a laying trowel.  If you cut one thin enough with a brick saw you could just snap it by hand.  So you could have cut pieces and hold a monthly contest to see who can snap the thickest piece of brick and then give 'em a Champion Brickbreaker spot on the wall for the month.

Wish I owned a gym to do this stuff in.  :(

You need more bicep curl racks  aka. squat racks.
