But "gang style" hand signs and yellow hotpants are not in fashion in these regions.

The thread starter mistyped it, it was supposed to read King Kamali and his Athletes Foot, about how king can't shake the condition, caused by years of stress from last place finishes and public ridicule.Not sure who the drug users in the pic are though, who couldn't finish a half mile charity walk.
