Superman is out. Now, they've come up with the idea for a Hercules' movie. They really don't need to go there with this "B" movie.

Just don't!

Already seen articles talking about Deewayn's 'exercise and nutrition' plan. 3 lbs of meat a day...blah blah

Fuck people.

There's no excuse for anyone with money to be fat.  They can hire the best trainers, access the best workout equipment, access to the best drugs and eat perfectly clean meals all day long.

Maybe if he split his meals/nutrient timing into seven meals a day he could achieve better gains.

Low income = no money for food, private transportation and work physically demanding jobs.....desperate and lean
Middle income = money for food, private transportation and work sedentary jobs......complacent and fat
Hig income = money for food, private transportation but have funds and work hard......motivated and lean

Will he say in promotional interviews that he worked out six hours a day and went on a special diet and novel workout regimen?

"He consumes a lot of protein, fiberous carbs and starchy vegetables..."

Meal 1: 10 scrambled egg whites, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 3 rice cakes, 24oz water

Meal 2: 6oz skinless grilled chicken breast, 1 cup grits, 6oz yams, 1 cup of steamed asparagus, 24oz water

Meal 3: 6oz tuna, 1 cup brown rice, 1 sliced cucumber, 24oz water

Meal 4: 6oz perch fillet, 1 cup barley, 6oz baked potato, 1 cup steamed green beans, 24oz water

Meal 5: 6oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup brown rice, 6oz sweet potato, 1 cup peas, 24oz water

Meal 6: 10 scrambled egg whites, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 24oz water

Doesn't look very high protein for a 250 lbs guy on gear....

And why isn't a protein shake listed if he has them in his fridge?? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

It's around 250 g/day by my count.

I have no idea if that's a lot or not for such an individual.

Farrah is an advocate of using "lower protein", say 1g per lb of LBM, and upping carbs as much as possible. Smart dude....
