If they're both on Ramy wins. He's taller and 45lbs more muscle. It's gonna be so laughable how narrow Ramy makes Phil look. People are gonna laugh and think, poor Phil. Ramy is Phil's worst nightmare because he's younger and bigger and almost complete. In two years Phil will not be able to beat Ramy anymore. We just have to see how much he progresses between shows since NY was his first.

That's what was said about Ronnie. Ramy is young and will be around a while if he choses. All these guys are pushing max doses. Ramy has been on only a fraction of the time of the rest of these guys.

Was it? I don't recall that. But Ramy is still lacking the details compared to phil. Phil has way better separation. Ramy needs to work on his detail and he will be killer. If I recall seeing some photos. Phil destroyed Ramy from the back.

The fact that Ronnie had no calves and was winning the Olympia just highlights the problem, Dexter had shit calves as well.

Maybe you wasn't in the room at the time.

Phil had great separation but lacks hardness Ramy has decent separation and has great hardness.

Just posting a random photo I googled for discussion.

Personally, I think Kai won last year and Phil extremely close second and Kai probably will be the best this year again if he comes in on.

Officially, Phil will win again no doubt in my mind. He'd have to come in way off.

I don't think Ramy will even get to stand next to Phil for a decent comparison shot.

Which shows just how bad his back really is, especially for this level. Looking at it upside down...the "lower" which is now upper back, is non-existent. The rest of the back lacks thickness and detail, especially for someone of his weight.

Yes I actually soon retracted my statement about Ronnie there... Because Ronnie honestly had better calves and better calf-quad balance than Ramy does.

Dexter still has shit shit calfs though and won so I don't think calves will decide any show soon.

He does look somewhat unbalanced in certain shots looking at his calves. I could do with his quadriceps femoris being a little smaller though to get the flow better.
