Not gone for me, I still remember those days as the pinnacle of bodybuilding.
Improvements have made the sport go downhill.

I am 50% Kai and 50% Ramy for this years O second place, I want to go with Ramy because I think he is the real deal but Kai looks good so I am stuck to pick a second place out of the 2.

If you insist, I will officially go with Ramy and Kai in third.

That is my top 3 and I will stick to them.

Back detail does not come out on anyone when they are 25-30lb out. Back is the last thing to come out, he is 315 lb there, detail is not expected at this stage.

True but we are talking 2 of the best backs in the world and yes back wins the O in most case but Jay's back detailed sucked and he took the O, so with everything else freaky and a slightly weak back, he is still very dangerous.
