Bodybuilding is not entertaining at all, the only entertainment we get is to try and guess who is going to do what next so I will stick to my guns and say this;  he will be second at the O this year 

I will say the same. This guy has come a long way in a short time and can still make some good gains. Can't wait to see what he looks like come Olympia time.

I hope no one is locked in. Kai has had trouble in the past peaking and so has Jay. Phil has shown to be most consistent. Lets just hope they all get what they deserve.

No one is locked in, we make to much of a conspiracy theory about the O because of a few horrible calls, like the 07 Olympia. But let`s review history here;

The great Yates came out of no where and wins the O with straight firsts across the board over a huge US line up

Coleman went from 9th to first in a single year and not only beat the biggest hyped up Flex Wheeler but he bested all the odds by beating a whole heap of Weider athletes being a Met-rx sponsored guy. Mind you  Met-rx was Weider`s biggest rival in the 90`s

Then Gunter beat Coleman, a reigning Mr. O at the GNC show of strength.

Then Dexter beat Jay at the GNC show of strength the following year.

Then Gustavo beats Jay and Ronnie in the challenge round

Then Jay beats Ronnie

Then Dexter over throws a reigning Olympia

Then Jay beats Dexter but not only that but Dexter gets relegated to third behind Branch, so Branch to beat a reigning Mr. O champ.


All this teaches us one thing, bodybuilding is not predictable and what politics when all the above just happened.

Also even if there is politics Ramy will not go to the O without back up, he will be backed up by some big names as well come Olympia time.

Kai is way better then big ramy! If you watch Big ramy train before the NOC he looked weak! His joints looked like they were aching badly! Big ramy was not using any free weights just hammer strength machines and he was lifting very light.I understand at that point ramy was just trying to get as much blood to his muscles but Kai can do the same thing big ramy was doing with way more weight and makes it look easy. I could tell Rami was taking something that was hurting his joints very badly. maybe winstrol ,maybe it was his diet but he looked like he was in pain! I have seen Kai lift 3 days out from a show and kai was still strong as a OX! Kai was 3 days out and easily benching 550lbs for reps and also lifting other heavy free weights.
Kai is way stronger then Big ramy and is in way better shape-IMO. Big ramy might have more size and weigh more but Kai is all around a way more seasoned bodybuilder who can also entertain better-IMO. Kai is a great poser. I know Kai has done some gross shit in the past but Kai is constantly in shape and knows how to put on a good show.

Kai should of won last years mr.O contest and even the 2011 Mr.O. Phil is good at peaking at the right time and he is marketable and that is why he won-IMO. Same with Big Ramy he will not win! Big ramy is not marketable! He cannot even speak english. None of this should matter but in the end it does! So no I don't think the best man ever wins except a few years when Ronny was just to far ahead and same with dorian and Lee Haney. But there were years all 3 of those guys got gifts. No way Big ramy wins even though he might be the best man on-stage.

if this physique is a top 3 projection .. sad state of afairs is today's bodybuilding .. to many imbalances. But this is " a top physique" nowadays
