Yep, now I can see coming to one in a dream state or while meditating. But, license numbers, receipts, come on now? One is going to see random numbers throughout the day, and one will see the same number on license plates everyday. If you focus on the number 7 for instance, chances are you will see at least 7-20 number 7s in a crowded parking lot or on a crowded road.
