Yeah, he apparently was saying that he is 16, after he gets his tail handed to him. Apparently he is actually 19...so he instigates fights, whether he is 16 or 19, and then wants sympathy when it ain't going his way.

I watched a video a guy got his leg taken off clean by a truck and people just stood there filming on their cell phones
I'd be happy for YouTube phone with vides Facebook twitter all that to go

Where was that video shot, Cambodia or something? It depends on the culture as well. I saw some horrific motorbike accidents in Thailand, two that were fatal, and a lot of people stood around taking pictures/video. But that's just their culture, they are taught it's better not to intervene or you could get blamed as being part of the accident.
