1. I find Jay's utterly uncompelling life strangely compelling and enjoy these sorts of videos from him.

I had to tak a shower after just watching the very first part...i was ver gay!

2. Settle down Liberace, a cold shower ought to dissolve the gay away within a day.

jay seems to be stuck in the adolescent mentality that he has to lift, eat, sleep and just be big.  Fun when you are 15, but when your 40, it's f'ing pathetic.

3. Blasphemer! There is no more to life than what you have just mentioned.

Nice cop out and nice try, you were not being sarcastic, you were taking a stab at Jay like all the Newb's and roid haters do. They always make comments like ''dead by 40'' and shit and you were making your comment in the same light.

Wow... if you can read my mind that well then perhaps you shouldn't be training people; you should join Miss Cleo on the Psychic Friends Network. There's no fooling you and your psionic mental powers. You know what I meant better than I do.

Your argument was simple, he is an inch from death from his lifestyle and all the chemical abuse and your proof was that he was hunched over the machine and he was tired upon getting up and when I called you out saying ''welcome to the world of contest prep'', where this is typical behaviour you start back tracking by calling Sarcasm, GTFOH, lmao.  ;)

I think it was obvious that I was being sarcastic all along asshole... what's next, you think I actually believe his blue drink was made from the stem cells and tears of children? After all that was a statement in my post too.

Answer one question for me. Why would I care to back track my statements if I really meant it? Because you called me out on it? You overestimate how important your opinion is to me.

I don't think that. Indeed, in your particular case, I don't think you were born at all. My money is that you literally just congealed out of a pore. And I'm, like, totally not being sarcastic here! Like for reals!

I am curious about something contest prep related (I don't compete - so pretty clueless on that front).

What sort of caloric deficit are we talking about when someone is cutting? I understand there's more involved than just food intake, but I'm curious how low someone who might easily eat 3,000+ calories a day go in the days leading up to a contest?

His life seems pathetic for someone around 40...

His wife must have left cause she prob wanted kids and for life to move on, but jay seems to be stuck in the adolescent mentality that he has to lift, eat, sleep and just be big.  Fun when you are 15, but when your 40, it's f'ing pathetic.

Also, imagine his daily routine... Wake up, inject GH, eat, inject 3 ccs of test/deca, eat, inject tren, eat, train, inject GH, eat, inject insulin, inject more roids, nap, eat, injext more insulin, inject more GH, then sleep

That would get old in a few weeks for me... Image year round x 20 years!

I read somewhere that his wife hated the fact that Jay had over 100 site injection SEO spots in his body and basically she was the one that had to do most of them...Imagine how fukcing old that would get :-\

I hate dieting long, hate it. I like looking in the mirror every morning and seeing something different every day so my diet would be extreme but I only need 8 weeks to get below 5% bodyfat from like 15%, normally I will drop 35-40lb in 8 weeks, of course some of that is water but my calories go from 4000 per day to 2000 per day right of the bat. Possibly even lower last 2 weeks

well what you dont get is that when your 250lbs plus you dont "Jog" or "cycle" or go walking in 100 degree heat. Those things are not and have never been part of the formula for getting big.

now take your 190lbs ass on a jog and contemplate that

by the way, the name of this site is"get big" not get small and run around

Exactly - most of these guys posting about "real cardio" don't get that. There's also the injury risk - sticking with the machines he's used to while working out hard and dieting etc will reduce the risk of an injury.

u would think and very good points,,say he call's it quits at 40 he known for being huge and being mro,,that is a tough image to maintain size wise alone,,,labrada lucked out got only so big genetically, looked great, healthy looking;drugged'muscle foe the time.posed with great style, carroed'the mass with class'moniker all the way to the bank now,,his company carries that mantra,,much easier to broaden your appeal with labrada's look over jays for future in the buissness,,,i used him as example gaspari did the same but he was of the freakier nature in terms of build over labrada,,

Lol, but Labrada and Gaspari are GH'ed and testosteroned up to the max at the moment - don't kid yourself.

Overall J looks pretty damn good for 16 weeks out - really pretty lean, and lots of mass, and decent symmetry etc. Gut not looking great, but there were some unflattering shots with the camera - he know's how to pose to avoid that when he competes.

I've never seen Jay do real cardio...Walking at 3.0 on a treadmill isn't cardio...And him fighting thru that is hilarious...

Why do intense cardio when you can just put a needle full of drugs in your butt?

That's what the online heroes of Getbig do.

Of course we have the random Getbig cardio hero whose daily "routine" (outed) includes 3 back-to-back marathons at top speed, followed up by 2 Tough Mudder courses run barefoot and then cooling down by completing every element of S.E.A.L. training in record-breaking fashion.

I agree with your statement 100pct..i think u skipped around my point to' lol 'me....I was eluding to the buisnness side. for jay after competing .due to his size he could drug guest pose for as long as he wants ,,is it worth it,,labrada quit and moved on,of course he does what he does to promote his product line...

The guy knew how to get in Olympia shape before. Obviously he's older now, but let's see what kind of shape he can bring without the wife distraction.

Yes and he stays in pretty good shape year round and does more guest posing than anyone...No doubt his ex must have been thinking there has to be more to life than injecting this guy every night so he can go and pose in front of a bunch of schmoes...The whole lifestyle is one big lie...

Looks like Cutler's video boy is on getbig. ;D
Very true here though.  Aside from Olympia medals, which I could care less about.  Jay has a good set up.  The only downside I see, if continually needing to ingest all the drugs to stay marketable.  Without the drugs, nobody cares much about Cutler....that's the reality for all pro bbers.  At least on a wide scale.
N
