His life would be fun for a few months... After a few years I think it's depressing
I think it's depressing for all pros, after years of lifting and prob a million spent on drugs etc, when they retire what do they have to show for it? They all look like shit a few years after retiring and have no to little money
Look at Levrone, he looks like he never touched a weight and in order to make money he pushing some snake oil over the Internet
NOthing in life lasts forever. We will all look like shit whether we trained or not. Jay set a goal for himself, a goal that the vast, vast majority fail to achieve, but he achieved it. For that he was given great financial reward, traveled all over the world, and will be remembered while the rest of us is long forgotten. His alternative was being a prison guard which is what he aspired to before getting his pro card at 23 years old.
Now personally, I think being a professional bodybuilder borders on psychosis. What normal person wants to be 5'10" 275 lbs and look like a freak of nature. Who can justify the cost of hgh ($10/iu at least 15ius/day) let alone inject yourself throughout the day? But the fact is these are not normal people nor do they have any desire to be normal. They like to be stared at in public. I hate when people even look at me.
But for him, this is what he wanted to do. He's been wildly successful at it. He's living a life as a pro bodybuilder that he never would have otherwise. His life style and financial success far exceeds the vast majority on this board. And he's not even forty yet. And I bet he is much more fulfilled in life than those that are a slave to the man punching their time clock and getting their 2-4% raise counting the days when they can retire. But it's typical of get big to always find something to criticize and ridicule. And I find it curious that when some watch that tape of Jay the first thing that comes to their mind is Jay "pounding the asshole" of that boy.
Lot of repressed homos on this board.
