loser type guy who is always prancing around the gym like a homo trying to give unsolicited "advise"

yesterday he tells me he used to be a monster and bench pressed 162.5kg raw, naturally at 76kg


i feel like omg this is pretty much an insult to be telling me this and expecting me to believe it

sure thing buddy...


then after he went to a young kid who looked great (twink with good shapes and good receptors)

he tried to sell him personal training  ::)

Same with me bro, always have my iPod on, random people come up to me and talk I just point to the earbuds... no use to talk in the gym UNLESS that's your mission there!!
I train at 7am, too early for the machines to be crowded so they are dudes looking for a spot or girls looking to chat about the "weather"...

you say that but i used to work out like a "powerlifter" thinking that is the best way for size


but i learnt from getbig it was the wrong way

now also i add narrow grip bench to help my non existant tris

I usually smear dog shit all over my gym clothes and start licking my lips and squeezing my nutsack if anyone tries to come within 3feet of me.

I just have ronnie coleman screaming "light weight and ain't nuttin but a peanut" over and over again.

I don't really talk to too many people in the gym.

I'm not hardcore or any shit like that, but I typically don't make small talk for no good reason.
