Hold on a second. Vince was using Ciba - dbol, three tabs a day. That is the equivalent of 100 + Mg's of today's shit. Had Vinny G taken that, Basile would look like nothing next to Vinny G.

In no universe should Basile and Goodrum be compared.

Basile trumps Goodrum at all times. Even being 100 years old, he still looks better than Goodrum today.

No oil....just heavy calf raises for years along with hack squats. Hack Squats are the best things for legs if you don't use much weight and focus on the number of repetitions.

Vince.....have you noticed an actual difference in calf development with these exercises?

I really want to build up better calves but am having a hard time....I have no access to a hack squat machine or any type of specialty calf machine. I do have access to a smith machine though.
