i do man, i'm just trolling

i had 2 big macs, 2 filet of fish a super size fry and super size coke for lunch and i've been eating lots lately and my bodyweight is up almost 10 pounds and i'm closing in on 7% which is pissing me the fuck off

anyways, if i keep busting my ass in the gym with this brutally hard training that i've been doing then i can continue to eat lots for a few more weeks, but i ain't gonna go over 8%

my bodyfat was sub-5 and now it's nearing 7% so that's an increase in bodyfat einstein
