i think the time out board would be an ideal starting point

of course he wouldnt be able to post on here

but im sure he would see that as a price worth paying

I think it is a tie on which one has done the most damage to this board. I say make a new section, DA Board, da for dumb ass, and make them both mods. Only those 2 can view and post in it. No one else will even see the link. Maybe they will just end up killing each other off.

Make him a mod of a lesser board like general topics. General topics is dumping ground more than anything else. Shizz would add new content.
