This, same thing happened while back cops raided a house found nothing and guys dog was shot in the process. He sued and got paid couple hundred grand I think. I feel sad for this guy his dog comes to help him and he has to listen to it yelp in pain till dies. The cop already shot it a few times at that point why not put it out of its misery. Bad shoot,bad arrest IMHO. One thing that's good about everyone with video cameras now is the police brutality will drastically drop. There's some good cops out there, but the ones that abuse the power need to be put in check or done away with.

How about a taser or pepper spray 1st. Isn't deadly force last resort. Plus the shoot is bad, shooting with asphalt, houses, and pedestrians a few feet away. Know your target,know what's behind your target. bad shoot period...
