did 70 burpees today in cardio workout

Great conditioning exercise. Impressive if you did a push up and a jump at the end instead of just standing up. You do realize you're on a bodybuilding board where oiled up drug guys pose to music in their speedo underwear? They have no concept of anything that involves conditioning except old lady walking on a treadmill.
