Bombz has a good heart. He's helped alot of people on this site with dieting training advice.

He recently helped a 5"8(wearing elevator shoes) Wiggs go from 350lb to just a hair over 300lbs, bringing him down to a more manageable 45 percent bodyfat.

lol. I've been 272 at my highest and was 30% bf. And I'm 5'9.5 not 5'8. I need every inch I can get....no homo.
