this is the problem with permabulking. you carry around fat you think is muscle.
then when you decide to diet, you quickly lose the 'muscle' you thought you had, deflating rapidly.
now, unable to take the mental side effects of 'shrinking', your whole belief system has been rocked (im not as 'big' as i thought i was) you trap yourself into being obese the rest of your life, setting yourself up for some possibly seriously damaging complications down the road, including, but not limited to, diabetes and heart disease.
not good.
