69 hotdogs probably weigh around 15-20 pounds.  The average shit is probably 3/4 pound?


Does this just sit in him and come out one shit at a time daily?  Does he get diarrhea?  Does he take a massive 15 pound shit?

Probably the part they don't tell you.  Trying to digest all of that food would make them sick for days, even hospitalize them.  probably drink ipecac and throw  it all up

I have to imagine they barf it back up rather than actually digest 20,000 calories worth of hotdogs but I don't know for sure.
