I always said it too. Just because I think he won 2012 and is currently the real Mr O, doesn't mean I ever liked his poor flow and body parts that seems hastily thrown together.

But I never liked Phil's "flow" either, his structure and imbalances disturbs me every time I glance at a pic of him.

Both are about equally "unflowy".

EVERYONE IS ALMOST IN TEARS. Bro this is competitive bodybuilding something you clearly know nothing about. Your emotions go nuts before stepping on stage. Anxiety, Nervousness, stomach ulcer, it is fucken nuts, Emotions are hectic and chemical imbalances is an understatement but to say the reason was cause of Kai is fucken childish and with all due respect just right out retarded. TBH I never felt like that when I was competing, maybe I didn't take it seriously enough.
I got asked at my last show was I bothered about my third placing, I said, "Not really, I can tell it means more to the guy who won, it wouldn't have mattered to me either way"

Well the guys in the mix for the win all feel this way and most others do, if you do not feel this way then you are in the minority. Back stage is an emotional circus every show I attend from locals to pros.

I don't think Kai out weighed Phil by 25 pounds maybe 15 at most! Kai looks flat in those pics!

phil looks better in main poses over kai,,,kai in some shots his body looks squashed together up and down ,short torso does that and his legs have that look as well due to the immense density/mass,haney had short torso too but on 5'11 and longer legs he flowed neater,,,

Yup, his genetic structure can not be made better either, where as Heath can improve on his narrow clavicles as he has done, in fact he looks just as wide as Kai that pic.

x2 this is it,,,u can't change it..if u see old kai from that 'grapefruit'omg pics he was nothing compared to now ,he has grown tenfold and trmendous responder and i'm sure dosages are /were run to excessive to get here.he would have been a so/so pro otherwise he did what he had to do,,,darrem charles as well not to kai's extent in terms of how big he got but he turned a possible decent to good bber into a good winning low level show physique by getting right mixtures together,,

going back into the 80's not full comparison to today but gaspari was genetically inferior to haney,worked his ass off to put a package on stage to 3 2nd place finishes but again he could not better haney due to genetics not up to haney,rich was a build of different really good bodyparts and some that could not hang with lee,,
