i notice now since i realy enjoy drinking red koolaid with raw kale greens and eating plenty of icecream with oreos and milk mixed in. along with beans and rice i get a few massive zits on my face. right now ive got one massive one right in the center of my forehead and another massive one on my temple.
my skin is crystal clear when trainingly MINIMALLY. unfortunatly this minimal training leads to lower back problems because alot of my fat is upper body fat
so i got tired of throwing out my back because of not training enough lower body stuff. so since ive been doing squats everyday and getting 100 reps plus 20 pushps on somedays along with some rows even i have to consume massive calories
and i really hate eating raw kale by itself, it tastes perfect with red koolaid or some blue gatorade crap
but i was seein lebron sometimes have a massive zit on his face, probably from red koolaid and oreo cookie (in large amounts) because he has to train very hard
