Breast augmentation is way more common that getting calf plants. There is always risk with any surgery though. But I read a story about a bodybuilder that developed an infection after getting calf implants and ended up losing his calves. He was in a wheel chair afterwards.

most big fat people have great calves, calves and forearms more than any other muscle depends on your genetic heritage. ::) ::) ::) ::) bruce randall calves at 415 lbs than at a reduced 223 lbs same guy. ::) ::) ::) ::)

with ur knee bent on the bike all the time u r prolly just building primarily the soleus (named because early anatomists Thot it looked like a flat fish like a flounder or a sole,  underneath. Do cyclists build big gastrocs?  U better do so e standing calves. Looks like shit :)
