I buy fresh and grill them (no oil), there is still a lot of water coming out.

Since you are dieting, why are you snacking? I guess if the snacks are low calorie and low carbs and they replace bigger meals, it is a step in the right direction. Just remember, you have to burn more calories than you ingest or you won't be losing any weight. I am pulling for you man, help me out, don't fuck it up with unnecessary snacks.

Best place ever for boneless, skinless chicken. I buy both breasts and thighs. The thighs have more flavor naturally since they also have more fat. Try the Alaskan  Salmon patties. They are pretty healthy fare too. For a little indulgence, I like their sirloin burgers. My wife and I had these tonight for dinner.

Ask your body. If you haven't totally fucked up your connection with knowing what your body actually needs, it will guide you. I am 208 lbs. If I ate six chicken breast a day, I would be 308 lbs. and that wouldn't be pretty! At some point food is just excess food.

Ask yourself these things. How much protein does it take to build muscle? If I eat more protein, will I absolutely build more muscle? What should I eat to help me digest the protein? Do I enjoy my meals? Do I enjoy my life? Does excess protein but undue stress on my kidney's? If it does, will I look as bad and Derek on dialysis someday?
