Cswol needs pre-exhaust meaning pec deck or db flies before presses. Chest needs more work he is strong in lifts but the arms which he has and a strong mofo fail before chest. Mentzer had the same issue hence his many documents on pre-exhaust. I had the same issue only thing that helped was pre-exhaust.
